GAA Dues Increasing
for Annual, Student
Members
In April, the
GAA Board of
Directors
approved an
increase in GAA
annual dues to support the organization’s expanding service to the
University and to Carolina alumni.
Effective July 1, an annual membership will be $45 for individuals and $55
for joint members.
The GAA also is increasing dues for
the 2012-13 academic year for student
memberships to $25 and the four-year
student undergraduate memberships to
$70.
The GAA has continued to expand
its alumni career services, online and
social media services, support for local
Carolina Clubs, student programs and
enrichment events. Despite this increase,
the first since July 2006, the GAA’s
annual alumni dues will remain in line
with peer institutions.
Lifetime memberships also are available, and payment options include
monthly debit and yearly installment
programs.

The GAA’s annual Legislative Reception
will be held June 13 at The Cardinal Club
in Raleigh.
The event brings together University
officials, staff, alumni and students with
members of the N.C. General Assembly
and other state officials.
