Lifelong Learning
The gaa offers an ongoing schedule of seminars on a wide range of topics, from extensive
examinations of the Civil War, to lunches with
authors and dinners with professors, the arts,
politics and religion. The gaa also co-sponsors
events with the University’s program in the
Humanities and its Center for the study of the
american south. partnerships with local
Carolina Clubs often bring events to venues
across the U.s. audio archives of some presentations are available online.
