cross the finish line in the New York City Marathon
on Nov. 7, 2010, her marathon debut. With a time
of 2 hours, 28 minutes, 40 seconds, the UNC
2004 Patterson Medal winner became the first U.S.
woman in 20 years to place as high as second in
