’ 97 Robin Rajen Sukhadia (’ 97 BSCH) of San Francisco has been awarded a Sen- ior Fulbright Award to travel to India to
research music education for poor children. Sukhadia is the international grants program director for
Project Ahimsa, a charity that donates musical instruments to children in India. He completed a master’s
in fine arts at the California Institute of the Arts,
where he continues to study tabla, classical Indian
drums. u Ryan Michael Thornburg (’ 97 ABJM) of
Chapel Hill has written a textbook covering online
journalism, Producing Online News: New Tools,
Stronger Stories. Thornburg is an assistant professor
