56, of Pinehurst; April 4, 2007. Moore was
program manager of Health Promotion and
Chronic Disease Prevention for Wake County,
for which he worked since 1994. Previously,
he was a teacher, coach and director of health
education in Moore County Schools. He also
worked at Valdosta State University in
Georgia.

Washington Office on Aging. Previously,

champion swimmer when she was at UNC,
has won six events and set six world records in
the 45-49 age group at the 2007 U.S. Master’s
Swimming National Championships in
August. Walsh is director of endowment and
stewardship of the UNC Educational Foundation and served as the GAA’s representative on
UNC’s Athletic Council in 1988-89.

agent for the State Bureau of Investigation for

Rollins was a senior software engineer for
Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta. At UNC,

City; Aug. 27, 2007. Simmons was former
director of the pharmacy at Chatham Hospital
and owner of the Chatham Pharmacy in Siler
City. The drugstore he owned was the one in
