Alan Ray Novotny (’01 BSN), 58, of
Carrboro; June 5, 2007. Novotny was the clinical trials coordinator at the UNC School of
Medicine. He had been a research analyst and
manager at UNC’s Lineberger Comprehensive
Cancer Center. He was the first UNC nursing
student selected for the national Fuld
Fellowship Award.

Jamestown graduated cum laude
from Campbell University as a
doctor of pharmacy and received the Gerald
M. Stahl Pharmacy Practice Faculty Award.
Peele will continue his studies as a pharmacy
