“I realized the importance of the General Alumni Association when I moved to Columbus, Ohio.
Angela and I received a call about a Carolina Club get together to watch the UNC game. This was
exciting because it provided us an opportunity to meet other Carolina alumni and actually see an
ACC game in Big Ten country. Watching football and basketball games with other UNC alumni
is a great way of staying connected with the University, and it’s good to know that our GAA
member dues help support local Carolina Club activities.”
