Coordinator ofAlumni Clubs
The UNC General Alumni Association seeks a coordinator of alumni
clubs to build strong relationships with volunteer leaders and conduct
administrative tasks to support a network of more than 100 alumni
clubs. Under the direction of the manager of all1l1Jni activities, this posi-
tion will help maintain and strengthen activities primarily initiated and
conducted by volunteers at the local level. The coordinator of clubs
will also be expected to build strong rapport with and be a hl11 con-
tributing member ofa team that provides multiple progranJS and services
to meet tlle growing needs of the General Alumni Association. Some
work on weekday even.ings and weekends will be necessary, along with
travel to attend alumni club meetings or events 2-3 tinles per month.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated college graduate with
excellent volunteer management and customer service skills. He/ she
will need to have the ability to manage multiple priorities and a wide
variety of tasks within deadhnes and with an accurate attention to
detail. He/she must have excelJent computer skills, writing skills and
be comfortable with public speak.ing. Familiarity wid] UNC is a plus.
